I support organizations, collectives, and community groups who are ready to deepen their commitment to equity, care, and collective liberation.

With over a decade of experience in the non profit and community sector, I offer educational workshops and consulting grounded in anti-oppressive and intersectional frameworks. My aim is to weave together principles of transformative justice and other uncolonizing practices to help people relate, unlearn, and grow. My work centers relationship building, accountability, expanding our socio-political frameworks, and leading with curiosity with the understanding that change happens when we feel supported and challenged with care.

Whether you’re seeking sensitivity training, stronger communication practices, or healthier team dynamics, I create learning spaces that are curious, honest, and growth oriented without shame. Together we’ll explore power, identity, and how systems show up in our work so we can prepare honest and practical tools of navigation.

My facilitation style is relational, joyful, and rooted in a philosophy of solidarity. The goal is not perfection, but greater clarity, trust, and capacity for one another.
