In this container I combine my work as an artist and art-activist with my experience as a mind body coach, my work as a death doula, and facilitator to support your goals.
I use a multidisciplinary approach to explore this work and will curate my sessions to fit your creative styles and goals.
What this looks like
Sessions can look like a lot of things but we might;
Work on confidence with stage presence
Connect to our sensuality through slow burn
Work on clarifying and strengthening narratives in performance
Explore what being an artist means to you and the kind of work you want to focus on
Mix burlesque technique building into sessions; building your vocabulary of movement, exploring costume, prop work, facial expression, etc.

This is specifically if you are a drag, burlesque, cabaret performer and you want me to know that at the top of our booking. This tells me that among your goals, one of your priorities is to work on a specific performance piece.
This package is for a one off lesson, 1.5 hours with me in a studio.
Cost:
$120 plus the cost of the studio, I’m flexible with where we meet and am happy to discuss or go to you if you have a home studio!
Payment is to be made before our session via e-transfer or during the lesson in cash.

This offering is for those folks interested in 3 or more sessions, people who are interested in working on a goal that may involve performance but the larger priority is to move through into unlocking something deeper.
These sessions will be co-created based on your needs and interests after a free 15 minute consultation so I can get a feel for how we should work together.
Location for these sessions will depend on the space requirements named after our consultation.
Cost breakdown:
15 minute consultation: free
1st session: 1.5 hours: $120
2nd session onward: 1 hour: $90
Payment is to be made before our session via e-transfer or during the session in cash.
